Our Classes

YOGA

With our yoga classes, you’ll zero in on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your body type, health and lifestyle. For those wanting to try something new with not so high-intensity. Yoga 1 – beginner blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. A lot of the moves can be modified to help those of you first starting off in the Yoga world. We also offer Relaxed Yoga – This is a special class designed for students – 60 minutes of a very easy relaxed yoga. Styles will include Hatha and some basic yoga moves to loosen the muscles and give your body the reboot it needs before starting your hectic Monday schedules. Yoga Flow is also one of our popular classes. This combines a smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It’s a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga. Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga – A yoga designed for women trying to conceive, pregnant, and postnatal. This class will create space for baby and also help the body relax, stretch, strengthen, and prepare for all the things that come during and after pregnancy.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

PILATES

Similar to Yoga but different also. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

BARRE

Barre Fitness class is fun and empowering class set to today’s hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights then moving onto floor work. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. Barre will give you that burn in your arms, legs and buns, that will make you want to come back for more. Great way to tone up for bathing suit season or even to just feel great after every class!

TRX

Definitely a exercise to get those muscles working and push each individual with their own strength. Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

DANCE

Offering different types of dance from Afro Fusion to a Hip Hop / Jazz Funk Class. Both these classes are guaranteed to get you moving and dancing in ways you never thought possible. A fun yet cardio blasting time.

BUNS & CORE

What do we most want to work on? Well this class is specific to those areas ladies your butt/legs and your core. A variety of different moves that will build, strengthen and tone those lovely areas.

BOOTCAMP

A mix of high intensity and low-intensity workouts designed to tone and strengthen your entire body. This class will keep your blood flowing and your body working. 45 minutes that is guaranteed to make you sweat!

Minimum requirement: 2 students per class or class will be cancelled for that day.  All sales are final and non-refundable.
